2nd time taking phone in for repair

I've taken my blackberry to cresta vodacom repair centre in November because the trackpad stopped working and the phone would freeze randomly and just switch off. Then i got the phone back after a week or so and they "refurbished" it.

It worked well but then about 2 months later the same thing started happening and i also lost contacts and emails, again trouble with freezing and trackpad not working.

I took my phone in on tuesday and then got an sms the same day to say it is fixed. Went to pick it up the next day - this time the did a software upgrade. It was working fine and now 4 days its doing exactly the same... how many times do i need to take my phone in??? Feels more like a downgrade of software.

CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME AS THIS IS REDICULOUS!!!
