My phone was giving me trouble so I took it to the customer care centre in pmb. It was taken in for repairs. The following week I got the phone back, only for it to stil have the same problem plus more problems. Its had to be taken back to customer care centre where it was taken in again and sent to the repair centre. Why wasn't the phone fixed properly in the first place. All they did was a software upgrade and then assumed the phone will work well after that. Its been a week now that I am without a phone, which is important to me for my business purposes. While I miss important calls and messages from clients, vodacom is taking its sweet time sending my phone from one repair centre to the next.
