On Saturday Evening 17/08/2013 I tuk my BB 9320 into Blackberry outlet @ Cwalk. They informed me that I did not have a S/Ware problem nd advised me to take it to Vodacom walk in centre where I was assisted by Jonathan. I explained to him the events leading up to my BB 9320 finally switching off nd having this white screen nd not coming bk on which were as follows: A couple of weeks before it switched off the phone was intermittently freezing, rebooting itself, with the clock showing up nd finally 2 days prior to finally dying came up with error messages. So while being on a long distance call the phone went blank with this white screen. After leaving the store nd going home I checked the book in slips which read as follows: Slip 1 reads: LCD repairs. Slip 2 Reads: Line Missing/Blank flickering scrambled display, backlights, display faulty.- No where on these slips does it indicate anything I had reported to the consultant. Bearing in mind that the BB outlet consultant explained to me that this was a common problem I googled this when I got home nd to discovered that it actually was. My concern is that as my phone was not booked according to my feedback that this cud possibly comp
