Billing makes no sense!!

I renewed my contract with Altech Autopage in August/September 2012 and opted for S4 at estimated R380/month with 100M data, 100sms's and 100min talk time if I can recall correctly. After month 1 I was surprised with data cost and subsequently added 500M at R150/month. Thereafter for 2 months phone bill was reasonable between R500 & R600/month. From November there was a significant increase - between R700 and R1000/month. I then monitored my data usage on the device and made sure I never went over the combined 600M data. In June I requested assistance over the web (log in) and requested Autopage to advise if there is not maybe an unknown application/instance that is billing me each day for some useless service of some sort. I also requested the date of billing i.e. 23rd - 22nd so that I can manage data accordingly. I received sms advising that I will receive assistance within 24 hours. Unfortunately I received service but no answer to my questions. In addition to the above, the contracted signed and the Autopage monthly statement does not make any sense. I expect a layout advising me on the data usage vs. available/contacted data and the specific window date.
