I am disgusted by MTN and level of service, I have been a contract customer for more than 4 years and my average monthly spend is R1500.

I was shocked to find out that my bill for the month of July is R6000!!
What makes it worse is that I had put a limit on my account for R2000 and MTN informed me when my bill was sitting on R6000!!

I was informed about this matter on the 24 of July 2013 and despite my shocked, I remained calm because MTN promised to send me the statement breakdown of my account.

Initially I was told it takes 3 days, then it was 10 days, then 12 days and now I just spoke to a lady called Nqobile Khoza who confirmed that its 15 working days.

This is appalling service for a company that I pay in excess of R20 000 a year.

Maybe our money is not good enough and that its time we looked elsewhere!!

Really disappointed with MTN and would have expected better, I am supposed to pay this account next week and don't even know what I'm paying for!!

It's been more than 20 days and no results or feedback, average call takes at least 20 minutes of my time!!
