Upgrade at MTN V&A Waterfront store. BIG MISTAKE!

The consultant (Chad) miss informed me so well now i am sitting with a R2000-00 bill and a blocked line. I have had an average spend of R650-00p/month for the last 4 years and never exceeded my package. Now they upgrade me and for the last 20 days have been charging me for all calls and data with no package allowance. When I called the consultant to find out what is going on he tells me that MTN FORGOT to add on my package allowance and have been charging me full rates for everything. Talk about bad account management!! He then tells me that they made a mistake and my package will be credited against my account and that my line will be activated the next day. That was 5 days ago, still no news from them. When i called the consultant again to find out what the is going on he now tells me that I need to pay the amount first and then they can investigate!

Investigate what? MTN made a stuff up and must fix it straight away! The store manager (Shameega) was even worse and no help at all. They have done nothing at all to help me sort their mistake out and as a Cancer patient this stress is the last thing I need.
