I've been a contract customer with Nashua Mobile for 4 years now, my bill is on average around R2000 per month. My credit card expired this month and they called me to request the updated details which I gladly gave to them and an amount of R2200 approx. was charged to my account.

I received an SMS a few days ago saying that I've almost reached my call limit of R1300 (a limit I've never had before) and as per my discussion with the consultant this evening she informed me that I have R86 left and this can not be changed until the end of the month, due to a 'default' payment on my card this month.

I have been a loyal customer to Nashua Mobile and I have never ever defaulted on a payment. If I am left with R86 for the next 10 days of the month, Nashua Mobile, you've lost a customer.
