BILLING STILL UNDER INVESTIGATION AFTER 11 DAYS?

I called Vodacom customer line on 01/11/13 to report an unussual bill of R5000 and odd on my data account. I have had this account for 2 years now and my bill was ussually R400 average. I have tried to get VODACOM to explain to me why this charge suddenly and to date have not received an feed back. I called again today around lunch time and I was told I should receive a phone call withing an hour to 48 hours. Hello I am still waiting for my first 48 hours turn around time. To make matters worse the account for November is now sitting at R2900 and odd. At this point I have lost all hope, I suppose they will call me once the billing is at R1000 000 and no once can tell me WHY.How is it possible that my usage has drastically changed? Someone please send me a detailed report so I may understand what has transpired.
