I have posted a complaint on Hellopeter at the end of July 2013, after having logged a complaint with MTN at the end of April 2013. I received a response with a request number 2462286. This response stated that my complaint had been referred to Coporate Division Supervisory Team. Since then I have not received any feedback from MTN. I now have a new contract and phone, that I am unable to use. I am now getting a bit fustrated and I am considering taking this matter to the next level.
