Inadvertent cancellation of contract

Autopage/Cell C inadvertently and without notice cancelled my cellphone contract. Despite an average of three polite calls a day for the past 12 days, two trips to check/get a new sim and daily promises from Autopage that the contract/sim would be reinstated, absolutely nothing has happened. They have inconvenienced my clients, my business, my professional reputation, my banking and my private life. Their promise of compensation has also not materialised. I have suggested to Autopage that maybe they should call me for a change and tell me how they intend to rectify this. Needless to say nothing has happened about this either. Just waiting to see if Autopage/Cell C have the audacity to send me an invoice this month.
