Since my last complaint on 8/02/2013 I have received a e-mail from UNISA on 11/2/2013 apologising that I have not yet received any feedback and that they would forward my complaint to the relevant division for urgent feedback.. I think it was another automated response! And I am still waiting patiently. I see plenty complaints on Hellopeter.com about UNISA, have they perhaps got to many to handle??
