I have logged a complaint against Vodacom at ICASA because I am so sick and tired of complaining. After more than a week of requesting a refund that was Vodacom's fault, I had to get feedback via an sms when I was promised a phonecall with feedback. I specifically asked the consultant if I can get a cash refund and was advised that I can, so I requested for this money to be paid to me. This morning I get an email stating the funds was paid to my vodacom account. If your managers (who always seem to be busy) did their job correctly they would know I did not request this. Please sort this issue out ASAP because you had no problem deducting the money from my account but now you have a problem not listening to MY request for MY money to be paid back to me.
