Cell C
Not collected unwanted item

I have ordered a Data package from Cell C Direct and received my Compaq CQ58 Laptop with MF190 Dongle on the 17 July 2013. I logged a call at the call centre and explained that I would like to use te 7 day opp out option because we do not get good Cell C coverage on the Farm. (unbeknown to me at the time off order) Ref 13071880000242038 was given that they would collect and charge me the courier cost which I have n problem with but REF 1307300000183984 and Re1307240000033031 and two faxed attempts later. They have still not collect there un opened laptop and are not honouring their 7 day opt out guarantee. I honestly don't know what to do to get them to collect their goods and cancel the contract. Hope this will solve my problem
