95% coverage! but not in my area

I had taken a internet Package deal at cell c.with a 3g modem and cq58 laptop, it work like a dream 4 the first month or so, thr after it just stopped working and when I went into the store I was told tht its netwrk related. Now what I would love to knw is how long does it take to fix this problem. Coz its been -5 to 6 months iv been paying and not havn use of this laptop.cell c possibly the worst netwrk iv eva usd.and I thought tht have a new thing would make my life easy, its the worst experience iv eva had.and then to top it off I cant cancel this contract. if I knew what I know now id neva have gone there.and I cant have my money back.
