Kindly note that on the 15 May 2013, Mr Kagiso Seabe from Cell C, did call me to congratulate me that Cell C was on the promotion of various item which I recall computer lap tops and Ipad, as the results I did opt for HP Compaq lap top, of which it was delivered on the 17 May 2013 at work even though my wife she has notice that it is not the very same protect we've agreed upon because what they've given me was strictly Compaq CQ58 laptop Serial No: 580000000012601 not HP - Compaq.
on the 19 May that was on sunday after church, I did take the lap top to Cell C shop at Eastrand mall for activiation purposes, while I was on the que for help my son was the one who has hold the lap top, i did happen some other two guys did enter in the shop pretending as if they joining the que unoticingly off they go with the laptop before I could reach at the service desk. I did report the matter to Boksburg North Police station Case No: 392/05/2013 the person who's nominated to persue my case is Consatble Khoza: 0825424134. I did phone Cell C legal department where I've spoken with numerous staff namely: Simphiwe, Tutuwetso and Kefuwe, I not getting any joy in terms of resolving this matter help.
