BIG BRAND BUT PATHETIC SERVICE FOR SUCH A COPMPANY

I bought a laptop deal from cell c direct . wich i recieved on the 22 not 07/2013 next day i find out that modem was not ok i took it to cell c ahop in king william s town wich is in eastern cape after 2 days of traying they told me either modem or laptop have a fault then i arrange with cell c to collect and repair for me that brand new laptop and modem . ram courier came to me after a week and collect it from me and a company called "let me repair send me an email that they have my laptop and technician is going to check and let me know if they fix it or what will happen to laptop. my ref no. feom let me repair was RN51652616, after a week i got an email stating that my unit is ok and will be delieverd it to me, wich was delieverd it to me yesterday on 14/07/2013, i was happy and excited to get my laptop back but when i try to log in to intwrnet same problem occured wich i had innitialy had . this thing make me furious i borrowed another modem and try to go to net and it worked and now my question is what that tech has done and cell c being such a big brand this is the way they treat their customer who have contract with them since 2002, shame on such a service
