I have never been these in my life, I swear. The incompetence of Vodacom departments (legal, cancellations, sales, after sales and consultants and even supervisors I have dealt with. I'm not a rude person at all but they really me off.
In July or August 2011, I took a contract with a Vodacom, they delivered the phone at my workplace but after a day or two I called to cancel it and they send the courier people to come collect it within that week and it was cancelled but did request or ask for a cancellation letter. Fast forward to 12 August 2013 I receive an sms from Vodacom attorneys saying that I have been handed over and listed on ITC for an outstanding account/contract of R1613.18. Now I call Vodacom trying to find out what is going on, then the soapie begins, they do as they please with me throwing me around, sending me from pillar to post. I mean no one knows anything, no one. No accounts history, no nothing. I'm sure I spent 60 minutes the whole week being put on hold, transferred from one dept to the next without luck. some just hang up on me cos they cudnt help. Then one consultant tell me that number was allocated to someone last year, .
