payment agreed on 229 79 insurance witch is 308 in total, but im being billed different amounts every month im a good payer and i pay my debts on a monthly bases they billed me R1200.00 during the month of April and when i requested to know the reason behind they said because of my internet usage..on the month of July i was debited over R700.00 when i went to the bank to reverse the amount it was over a thousand so they debited the 700.00 three times. I would like for you to assist me because this is ruining my credit record of witch is unfaire. due to this inconvinience i called them so i could cancell my debit order and pay them cash, one of the counsaltants e-mailed me the forms for my debit order cancellation i faxed the form and nobody got back to me. Now ive received a statement dated 03/08/2013 and the say i owe them R5214.72 of wich is very fustrating it is written that the amount is for the 24 months handset installment.
