Cancelled Roaming - no notice

I am a loyal Vodacom user, that has a high montly bill every month. I have never paid late or missed a payment. Yet, in the last month my roaming was cancelled with no notice from Vodacom. I called Vodacom early October to confirm my roaming was on, which they did - only to get to Angola and not have any roaming. I then called and again confirmed that my roaming was on. Before leaving to Dubai last week Sunday I called Vodacom call centre to check if my roaming was on to avoid the same issue - they couldnt advise as the system was down and I was asked to call back in 2 hours, which I did. They were still unable to assist and I was asked to try manually activate the roaming - I did not the email to confirm the roaming before leaving and the system was still down. So I had to leave again with no roaming. I do not understand why my roaming was switched off with no notice and why I was advised it was on continuously until getting to a different country! This is very unsettling and also hugely annoying. I was up for my upgrade in October and I am seriously considering switching networks due to this lack of customer service!
