Cell C
ITC Listing due to Cell C incompetence

I have had problems with Cell C since March this year. I had a Debit order be returned due to lack of funds, but i then mad a few payments to rectify this. I have 3 lines with Cell C, and they did not apply all the payments correctly. I have phoned and sent emails on numerous occasions but nobody seems to be willing and able to help me. They have now handed me over to their legal department, and i also have been listed at the ITC, and am unable to get any Credit!!! This morning i spoke to a lady named Thabile Makhosani in the legal department, she was extremely rude and unhelpful and really i s not interested in helping me resolve this matter. They maintain i have over R3000 outstanding, but that is not reflecting on any Invoices or Statements i have been receiving. the amount at the ITC is R506.

I really do not know what to do anymore, a friend told me about Hello Peter and i am praying that you can perhaps assist me in this matter. Looking forward to hearing from you.
