I recharged with the amount of R12 on the 6th and received my free night shift then i went on twiter and google on google i went on the following sites [URL Removed], [URL Removed], [URL Removed], [URL Removed], [URL Removed], [URL Removed], [URL Removed] [URL Removed], [URL Removed], [URL Removed], and also went on facebook and gumtree all these websites i normally go on them when i do not have airtime as i would have purchased my BIS for R59 as i did on this date of the 6th but only this time it robbed me of my R12 airtime i called the call centre for assistance and i spoke to Refilwe who was of no assistance and placed me to data only to have my call cut off and called again to speak Ashley from data who was very rude and just told me to buy more airtime i did advise him that i was not viewing any videos and told him about the sites that i went on but still this Ashley was not helping at all i then asked to speak to the manager Yusriy who said he would log a case in for me i have used Vodacom for years now and only to get such bad service very disgusted in the service you give to customer's... ANGRY!!
