A few years (5) ago I had a contract with MTN and when the contract was over I cancelled it. This year January someone calls me on my house phone to tell me I owe MTN money. I asked why was I never notified of this and the agent said errr, let me speak to my supervisor and dropped the call. Up to today I never received any notification or a call back from the agent explaining why I never got notification. On Monday this week I applied for a contract with an MTN store, just to receive feedback that my application was declined due to me owing money. How is this possible that after so many years, I don't receive notification of debt that I have with your company? I applied on Monday for the contract and only today I received feedback, after the sales advisor told me he would give me feedback the Tuesday. Your service delivery is pathetic and unacceptable. How do you expect to keep your clients happy with a service delivery such as this?
