Delay in Contract approval and delivery of phone

In April I cancelled an old contract and paid the outstanding balance of R150. In July I applied for a new contract but was told that my name was on pre-legal because of R50 that was owing due to a delay in the cancellation which only occurred in April. I contacted Pre-legal and immediately paid in the R50 and was advised I could now apply for the new contract. On the 14 August I called the call centre and made my application and was told to call the following monday 19th to confirm if it was approved as applications take 24 to 48hrs to process. I called monday and was told to call thursday 22nd as docs had not been loaded as yet. I called and was told the application was declined as my name was on pre-legal, even though that was sorted before my application. They updated the system and I was pre-approved friday 23rd and was told the phone would be ordered and delivered within 7 days. On tuesday 27th I decided to call back to follow up when delivery would occur and was told the phone had not been ordered as yet. On Wednesday 28th the Team Leader called to confirm that it would be delivered friday 30th. Today I was told that delivery would only take place monday 2nd September.
