I applied for a contract with Telkom Mobile 2013.10.07, the agent took all my details and we done the telephonic confirmations. I have not heard back from them since. 2013.10.18 my account was debited to Telkom8ta and I called in today 2013.10.21 to obtain the status of my contract / application only to be shoved from one department to the other - not receiving any feedback. NO ONE CAN GIVE ME ANSWERS AND NONE ACCEPT RESPONSIBLITY TO RESOLVE THIS MATTER.By debiting me, they have agreed to the contract and have entered a legal contract with me, however when I try to determine is my contract approved no one knows anything, so basically Telkom SA / 8ta are happy to my money but not deliver the goods I have paid for. What artists aren't they!!!
