At the end of June I applied for service via Vodacom apply now service on their website: The agent gave me a list of requirements which I promptly compiled and faxed to the number given. I was then given a reference number to follow up on. Until now Several calls, emails I still get a standard stereotyped response that says " Your matter has been escalated to Senior Consultants for urgent attention." I mean seriously its like speaking to a parrot robot that just says a programmed sentence!
