On Monday night 10 June I applied online for a data package and the website assures me a consultant will contact me within 24 hours... on Wednesday I tried to apply AGAIN and a message popped on the screen to say I have already applied and a consultant will contact me shortly... it is now Friday and still nobody has contacted me! Now I am forced to go into a Vodacom shop which I HATE because I am IGNORED (probably because I am white) and have to eventually freak out to get attention! Why offer the convenience of ordering online if the consultants don't even bother contacting clients?!
Maybe it's time to change service providers!
