Good Day,

It has been an absolute nightmare getting my ADSL setup, from the telephone line to the ADSL line it was a mess and nothing but rude agents who are extremely unhelpful and do not know how to deal with an unhappy customer.

Finally got everything up and running and decided to try out using the Telkom 10MB uncapped data bundle, I logged into a game that a regularly play and had terrible latency it was up and down the whole time. I immediately phoned (1 hour after setting it up) to cancel and was told to phone the next morning as cancellations has left. I phoned this morning and was told I have to give a 30 day cancellation, what happened to the CPA and a cool off period. I have no choice but to use Telkom now as an ISP as I do not have money to pay for two ISP's

I have put requested to cancel the ADSL portion which I am willing to bet has not been done and I will be stuck again.

Telkom you are useless, your staff is useless and Local Loop Unbundling cannot happen soon enough. The day we no longer need you maybe you will wake up but it will be too late.
