After using a Neotel data account for 2 years, I cancelled the account in August of 2012 to take advantage of better prices with another company. I have fulfilled my end of the 2 year contract and have paid in full for the service provided. In fact I actually over paid by R533. When the account was finally closed in August that amount R533 was due me and the call centre representative at the time said that the refund would be processed and paid into my account within 21 days. As of today, I still have not received my refund - nor has anyone from Neotel contacted my about this. Each time I phone I get the same ol' run around "Mr. Martin - someone from accounts will phone you next week to verify your account..." Right - except that never happens. I have phoned the call centre periodically only to get nowhere. No resolution whatsover. On the 11th of April I spoke with a supervisor - Dlozi Ndailo. Although pleasant to speak with - she - like everyone before her, passed the buck to another department. Now, if I didn't pay my invoices, Neotel would send me to collections. It seems Neotel operates by a different set of rules. This should not be complicated or difficult.
