I called your call centre wanting to make use of your voice product for my new business, the most important factor being that I need to port my Telkom number. I spoke with Rebotile Mokgadi who advised me that this was possible and advised me on your packages. I chose one and when we tried to sign my business up he said it was too new to take out a package. He then said I should take it out in my personal name first then after three months we could change it. We proceeded to do this but he informed me that it was declined and I need to go prepaid. I inquired as to how I could be declined for R90 a month and he said he can't see why from his side. After I paid the R399 for the device he then told me Neotel does not port Telkom numbers for prepaid accounts! I then replied stating this was the whole point I took out the service! Now that the deal is done he has not replied to my follow up emails with regards to the number porting and why I was declined. I would like this issue to be sorted out as I urgently need my old Telkom number.
