I have been having a problem with the customer service, technical center of Neotel, with issues on two lines which I have with them. Initially I battled to get them to sort out these lines. Their initial solution was to replace the wireless handset they issued me with, stating that there is problem with the wireless handset.
This according to them was the problem that I had with the phone cutting off while speaking. They sub sequentially replaced these handsets with desktop units. I still have this problem. When I signed up with Neotel, they mentioned they have to first check whether I am in a signal before the issue the two lines. After they confirmed this with me telephonically, They issued the handset. I tried getting hold of them to sort the problem, by speaking to a call centre agent who confirmed that this is serious. She then transferred me to a technician Who tried to sort the problem and the phone cut off. I tried getting hold of him. It is impossible because the waiting time at the call centre is 30 to 45 minutes. They do not issue reference numbers for the fault, neither does the technician that has my details calls me back to solve the problem.
