Incorrectly billed from inception

I have had a telkom line for about 6 months and i have had to raise disputes for all 6 months of having the telkom account!!! I hav been in store each month and iv har to explaine my situation each month to the stire who then put me o the phone to an opperator who listens to my story again and then tells me I must put it in an email. I have been told someone will call me over 10 times no1 calls, i have called the cal centre who put u on hold tue minute they cant answer the query and they leave u on hold or you get put back in que! Vodacom could easily win Worst consumer experience.maybe a few callls should be listened to, iv been refused contact with a manager iv even been refused a reference no. on a call. My bill is not right i bave ben charged reconnection fees and interest in the reconnection fee when i have confirmation from thecstore that my line would not be disconnected! I have been promised credits that never reflect i have been wrongly advised on bill amounts and the list goes on. I need my bill to be credited to reflect the correct amount and a call from someone intelegent would be appreciated!
