Autopage contract ended last year. After cancelation date autopage disconnected all service but continued to bill me. After speaking to a woman that was totally useless I was told the the problem occured on their part and will be rectified. Guess what she did nothing. Today I receive a sms stating that my account has been handed over and I need to make arrangement to settle this account. Ref No.17500085. I am out of SA. Instead of the at Autopage giving me their usual BS reply I would like someone to contact me via email. Autopage is fast to have their so called professional staff respond to issues in the public eye but they are really incompotent individuals who work for a thieving organisation to simply rip off the public. I have had numerous issues regarding this account all caused by their dumb staff. Even after choosing not to deal with this pathetic company I am still being hassled due to their stupidity and lack of understanding on customer care. I don't believe that the people that reply to these problems actually reads the complaint. I can bet that they will be clueless on how to get in contact with me as I will leave an email and contact number.
