Big bad MTN bullies it's customers

A while back i put up a complaint about they're inability to understand that, despite having warned them of my upcoming financial difficulties, i have been unemployed for a year now and do not have any money at all to pay them.

Now, despite still being harassed by them, they have "Handed me over to DCCM" because "MTN does not have a policy to cover your unemployment situation". That is a direct quote from their e-mail.

What right do they have to try and bully and intimidate me after i have a legitimate reason for not being able to pay them??

Don't they understand the logic that if i don't work, i don't have money. And if i don't have money, what the am i supposed to pay them with??

Why isn't there a policy to rather help people like me to find employment, because i look out for it everyday and would gladly go back to work again, instead of ganging up on us with their big bad legal team?

I have nothing to my name. No Car, no house, i live with my boyfriend and his parents. What are they expecting to get out of me??
