Unbelievably apalling customer care

I have lodged a complaint with ICASA (ref WCP1393/13) regarding a refund that just doesn't seem to happen. And this has been an unresolved issue for about three months. CellC promised the matter had been escalated (ref 3080503339) and I'd be contacted within 48 hours - this was five days ago. My complaint is over such a small amount of money yet I just cannot understand why it cannot be fixed. CellC doesn't seem to care or take it seriously. When you eventually bother to contact me, please do it via email so I have this on record. And kindly take the time to explain why I've been treated like this. A month ago when I thought this had been sorted out, this was the response I received: We sincerely regret the manner in which you as a valued Cell C customer was ill-treated by one of our own who is supposed to be our passionate ambassador to our customers. Along with my refund, I'd like an explanation for why you treat your customers the way you do. And again, don't bother to phone me - send me an email, I don't think I can handle another phone call over this issue.
