I called MTN asking if it would be possible for me to walk in and pay my account for this month as there is a problem with my account. so was rudely informed that i can do it but the debit order will still go off and bounce back which anyone will know will be a bad reflection on my credit record. so i told them that, that is why i am calling to prevent a bad credit record - why else would i phone and ask to cancel the debit order for the month and i will pay it cash. i was then told that i needed to phone in by the 15th to inform them that the debit order must be cancelled as it is too late now. So my question which everyone was unable to answer is- WHERE IN MY TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS A PAYING CLIENT DOES IT STATE THAT SHOULD THERE BE ANY PROBLEMS WITH YOUR DEBIT ORDER YOU NEED TO CALL IN BEFORE THIS DATE TO INFORM US?? of which no one had the answer as it is not stated. you haven't fully informed me as a client and now i must suffer because of it. i want this rectified before the close of business today!!!
