Struggling to get buy out figures

We have been struggling with MTN to receive buy out figures for lines pertaining to our company. Numerous emails have been sent, numerous people have been spoken to and no one seems to want to help. It would seem that they keep the information from us on purpose. Please advise if anyone from MTN business will be able to assist or who needs to be talked to.
