Cell C refuses to give me the correct contract

I recently had signed up for a Straight up 50 contract will Cell C. This contract included all Blackberry services. I was signed up for the Straight up 100 contract instead that does not include the BIS. The call centre consultants tell me that they can see that I have been signed up for the wrong contract but they are unable to change it and that only the Migrations Department can do this. When I asked to be put through to the correct people I was told that I could not deal with them directly and that it would be done on my behalf. This was on Thursday (7th Nov) and I have received no feedback since. I have been unable to use all my blackberry services and the service all round that I have received from Cell C has been extremely disappointing. What am I supposed to do next??
