Cell C
Owes a refund but will not pay me back

With reference to my complaint of 11/9/2013, I will repeat myself. Hopefully SOMEBODY is awake at Cell C. I reported that after numerous complaints Cell C could NOT get a reception at my home and offered to cancell the contract and refund all my payments. After MANY months, they stopped deducting from my account, but NO refund as they had promised. But now they have the guts to START deducting again. To stop this payment on my account costs me more than the deduction so i will not do that. I want the deductions to stop a Full refund given. Since my last complaint Cell C hasnt had the GUTS to contact me as promised on their response. This is the WORST service i have had from ANY company i have dealt with in 40 years. I advise people not to attempt what i did. U will just end up losing like me.
