Disgusting service

I don't even know where to begin. I'm sick and tired of calling Cell C to sort out problems, having to call again because no one comes back to you. After they have even promised a superviser to help you and return your call. Seriously!!!

All I want is my account to be sorted. Instead of being charged R199 they are now charging me R362 for what reason I don't know. I've logged calls and no one comes back to me, what must I do next??? Who must I speak to next to get a simple complaint sorted.

I would like to just sort this out now before they take off the money. I shouldn't have to come on these forums just to get someone to help me, they get paid every month so why the constant fight?
I'm not even complaining about the lack of internet connection every day which is beyond frustrating!
Please help me!!!
