In October 2013) I went to Telkom in Cresta Mall to set up an ADSL line and paid R700 for installation and services. To this date (04/02/14) they still have not installed the services for me. Someone had attempted coming to the house to install but they sent someone from the wrong area. Since then they have been querying the installation of my services and every time I call them they say oh we have sent your query to a special help center. This is totally crazy and the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I want the R700 back that I pay for installation, at this point if they ever do install it should be done free of charge.
