Phone and Internet are down again $@&$$#

I am so irritated once again I spend so much time irritated with Telkom I'm considering finding an alternative service
1st Aug logged that ADSL running slow by 2nd guess what both phone and ADSL line completely out of order
Mon 4th call to follow up on fault I'm told fault resolved ask consultant if resolved why don't I have Internet or phone
She sits & argues with me that I am on she can see I'm logged in with mweb I respond considering my data account is with Lantic that's impossible after still arguing with me further & me saying perhaps lines are crossed she logs NEW fault report so 4days later back to square one and at the back of the queue. Also posted here still. No response 10days later. I had to literally freak out and insist on speaking to a supervisor after that and further comments on Hello peter and posts on Facebook suddenly technician arrives. Says its repaired by Thurs a friend contacts me on my mobi and says she's been freaking out as I haven't been answering my landline to which I respond it hasn't rung at all. Technician been here today says once he swops line mine will be dead. So he's been at exchange all day says cant find my no and never came back & NO LINES!!
