I am a cell c client my contract is for R400 per month but each month my bill amounts to R650.00 because of a company intergrated online that i subscribe to by entering in password an this i have no recollection of. i have cancelled my subscription with them but each month i seem to automatically subscribe. last month it was an anti virus this month its carambaba which suposedly provides me with motivational messages that i never made use of and did not even know i can. they deduct daily R6 subscrition other days they deduct double for no apparent reason. i have put on a credit limit but they deduct until this credit limit is reach. what does cell c do to protect me from these i feel like just paying R7000 to cancel my contract with cell c because if this continues in 10 months i will be paying this any way and my contract is for 24 months. is there anybody else that also has this problems and how have you handle this as the call centre agents are so rude and they do not want to help the last person i spoke to was moses at intergrated online and he says cell c must block them but cell c says intergrated online must block themselves so where do i go from here?
