To the lady that processed my order 12.04.13, Nonththuzaro - orders, Rosemary, Mpho Mogungoano, Michelle Adams & Dennis - cancellations, Stefanus Schoeman & Leepo Seele - accounts, THANK YOU FOR PATHETIC SERVICE, INCOMPETENCY, POOR PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE & FOR WASTING MY TIME. I have been trying to resolve a query since 19.06.13 & each of the above persons have managed to disappoint by each telling me something different and not logging/incorrectly logging the dispute. Telkom has been charging me for a plan that I did not request and is not using. All I wanted is an ADSL line!!! As a bonus I now also find out about a ridiculous installation fee that I asked about when placing the order, and the bright spark said activation is free of charge. The cherry on the cake is that my account has now been handed over to VVM for non-payment, as I refuse to pay for something I didn't order nor want. Well Telkom, maybe I'll be able to pay once you charge me for what I'm using. I have a detailed statement of each person I spoke to, times etc. so getting the recorded calls should not be hard. One can only shake your head in disbelief and if I wasn't so frustrated I might have found it funny
