Charging me double

I asked for a 2mB ADSL line from Telkom for about R600 per month. That is all. They installed it and told me installation would be free. I got an invoice 2 weeks later stating that I owed Telkom R2700 for:

Evening Weekender Plan
Then they double charged me as they created 2 accounts for me, for no reason.
When I called the Accounts section to query it, they put the phone down on me (I assume to avoid the problem), twice.
I eventually got hold of someone who managed to explain the charges and put the relevant queries through about the account. I am now waiting to hear from Telkom.
All I wanted was to pay someone R600 a month for internet. When did it become SO complicated???
