Almost 4 weeks and still no service!!!

I complained last week about lack of service from telkom adsl, I have still had no joy.
On top of it this week so far I have tried to call them for the last 2 days with no luck from being cut off while being on hold to being cut off when asking to speak to a supervisor, to dealing with call centre agents that have no idea what they are doing. Or trying to pass the buck to me to do their jobs for them to call other departments surely somebody should take the responsibility and resolve this issue for the client instead of a paying customer being pushed from pillar to post.
