ADSL Line not fixed after Month! Call centre rude!

I have been having issues with my Telkom ADSL line for almost a month.
I had to log a new ticket again today. When I phoned to get this escalated as they closed the previous one without any resolution. The call centre agents keep disconnecting me or leave me on hold when I phone and they need to escalate the issue!
Telkom fix my ADSL line connectivity and hold your staff accountable!
