Repair cant be found

I handed in my blackberry 9800 at The Bridge. They told me 2 weeks ago that my phone is on its way back and has been repaired. Today when I phoned again the can not even tell me where my phone is or if it has been repaired. Head office lets me hold for 32 minutes untill I put the phone down and then when I phone again then I get told that you they cant give to people the status on my repair I will have to wait untill the 1st agent gets back. I requested to speak to a manager who was also not available. I want a new phone as I dont know what my phone has been thru there. Otherwise they must let me upgrade now and I will not pay any penalties for that!!! My upgrade is in Sept but I run a business from my phone and have lost money coz I dont have a proper phone to work with. Very bad service
