HORRENDOUS SERVICE RENDERED

I have received the worse service that i could ever imagine, my handset was booked for repairs and came back being a BER unit and now i have to pay for a handset that i did not damage and i cannot use. This is NOT ACCEPTABLE, my handset was not even 6 months old when i booked it in for repairs and had a technical fault and now all of a sudden a have a broken handset. i have been inconvenienced for over 2 months for not having a handset to use, the reasoning as to how this occurs is even more horrendous as the lady from the repair center said to me that this damage can occur by me keeping my phone on my desk and then putting it in my handbag and then placing at home on my table, what kind of reason is this and the reason why we buy portable handset is so it can be ported with us wherever we go, im not standing for this and something needs to be done or else I will be contacting my lawyers and my husband has the same phone for over 2 years and is still working perfectly but has taking it with Autopage Cellular. So is MTN now giving out all faulty units to clients because this is exactly what it looks like and everyone needs to know about this SERVICE from MTN...
