Horrifying, unacceptable behaviour!

This afternoon I went into the mtn shop to purchase a nano prepaid sim. The first time I went in a consultant wa sitting fiddling with his phone. I waited and waited until Karen who works there came to me. She informed me MTN does not stock prepaid nano I should go to CNA or Edgars. If I don't get it I should return they will then sell me a micro sm, cut it for me and I will be able to use it but I should not it will stop working in 3months. I left to check the suggested shops upon my return I found consultant still sitting fiddling with their phones looking and not offering any assistance. Karen notice this however was busy with a client, she excused herself came to find out if I now need a micro sim cut and sim swapped I confirm she asked one of the lazy, non customer centric consultants to help me. I stood there this guy just kept fiddling on his phone next thing he calls a trainee and says she was a SIM card help her! The trainee told him he was busy with a client he said when you done! I told them to forget it I won't waste anymore of my time in such a store where people are not give the service they require.
It appuals me to think I've been an MTN client since the year 2000
