I have called telkom 4 times today and each time I am shoved from Pillar to post.
I need 3 things done:
1. Change of Company Name
2. Move a line to another area
3. Cancel 2 lines.
All Lindy and Charles said was we cant help you call back on 10217. This is the number I originally called on. They said I chose the wrong option so I tried again 2 more times and the was NO OTHER OPTION to chose. You people treat you customers with NO respect. I loathe that I have to use your service. NOT FOR LONG SICKOS!!!
I also cancelled another account 4 months ago and we are STILL being billed... Train your staff to at least be competent and respectful.
